Heritage Court

Not sure why there’s so many bad reviews on here. We’ve lived here over a year now and it’s by far the best apartment complex I’ve lived in. The office staff is responsive and extremely professional. They go out of their way to organize community events and cute little things for residents in the leasing office.

In my opinion the older Yorkshire section is the best option, though not as updated and renovated. Private front doors (not in a hallway), high ceilings, large windows so lots of natural light and apartments are spacious with a washer and dryer. It also seems like the buildings were built better as far as sound proofing goes. I hardly ever hear my neighbors unless it’s a high-pitched noise (unlike where I lived prior where you could hear conversations clearly through the walls). Neighbors are friendly enough. The pool is very crowded and loud in the summer and is always in need of a good skimming, but I guess that’s still better than not having one. Lol. The clubhouse and grill access is awesome.

They did raise the rent 5% when we renewed our lease but unfortunately that’s the sad reality of the housing market we now live in. Overall, I’d recommend living here!

I usually don’t write reviews, but I can’t say enough good things about Abby, the Leasing Professional. She was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and so friendly that finding the perfect apartment felt like a breeze. Jenna, the Property Manager, was equally wonderful—patient, professional, and ensured everything went off without a hitch. I had an amazing experience and couldn’t be happier that they guided me through the entire process!

We are so happy with our experience so far at Heritage Court. The staff has been so wonderful from the start with the application process and move in. Amber has been so responsive and kind with making our move in a smooth process. Our neighbors have been great, the community is quiet, the pool area is amazing and everyone is so friendly, the amenities are well worth a higher rent. The apartment itself is beautiful and perfect for our needs. We couldn’t be happier with living here and can definitely see ourselves here for a while!
