H&G Foot Spa

Phenomenal beyond words! Clean, comfortable, safe and professional! Just the most incredible experience and then with restaurants and a Tesla Supercharger station nearby.

This was my first time going to H&G Foot Spa and I had an hour massage by a masseuse whose name is Jason. He was very friendly and I have to say the massage was great, the perfect amount of pressure exactly what I needed after a long day.

$50 for an hour hot stone massage I have to say was very reasonably priced and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The only reason I didn’t give the location a 5 star review was the size of the massage room. The massage spaces are separated by curtains that feel a bit small compared to other massage places that have private rooms with walls that are more spacious but of course the massages are more expensive.

Overall it was a good experience and I’ll definitely return and book another massage with Jason.

#1 concern currently is do they change that bag they put into the foot bucket and do they wash their hands after every customer ???
I have never seen them do this and this is a safety health violation. I admit I didn't think about this before but i have been going here for some time and I realize they need to be cleaner and disinfect all areas including the recliners they use.
I only had minor issues a few times; either the massage was too hard or too fast and that's NOT relaxing for me. Yes I spoke up.
Also as a lady I only ask for a female to do my 1 hour foot massage. But recently the lady doing my massage picked up the phone literally in the middle of
my massage. That's my time, not their time to answer ANY calls. And I don't like them having conversations with other employees or clients even if its brief (this happened before during my massage as well). Once again, I am paying for the time and I am a very generous tipper. Overall, its good here but they need to know that customers want QUIET, SILENCE and RELAXATION the whole 1 hour. The focus should be on the customer. Get someone else to answer the phone and stop being so loud. Tell other loud customers to whisper, at the other location in NY they would always say that before you went inside. ***WASH YOUR HANDS OR AT LEAST LET ME SEE YOU USING HAND SANITIZER AFTER EVERY CUSTOMER! PLEASE BE CLEAN ABOUT EVERYTHING YOU DO.
