The owner and his team here are great. Several of the mechanics have been here for years. Pricing is right, they are super friendly, and they don’t seem to try and sell you on unnecessary nonsense. They are accommodating with scheduling and they definitely appreciate their customers. When one of my cars was getting older they started work, figured out it was a bigger issue than expected, and then put it back together without any charge so I could just go sell it.

I highly recommend.

Honest 1 is honest. I’ve been coming here for a few years now since I moved into the area. I brought my really awful Kia Rio that was in bad shape to them for 2 years. The car itself was a wreck, where multiple mechanics other than this shop had no answers as why the engine was burning the oil in the vehicle. Those shops made me change a bunch of parts that didn’t need to be changed and was a waste of money. Honest 1 however told me straight up that the car was going to be a money pit for me and I should look into getting another car if I didn’t want to put money into an engine, which I appreciated. They didn’t have me switch many parts out, as they saw no reason to. Everytime the car had a problem with parts like brakes for example, they’d be able to fit me in the next morning or the same day. Unfortunately at the time I didn’t have enough to get another car, so when I would come in they’d top off my oil haha. I brought in my 2013 Kia forte koup sx they’ve started working on. I was able to get in the next day as the right blinker went out. The staff is always so kind and I’ve never had issues with this shop. They treat your cars with respect. I would recommend these guys.:D

Dylan and Jay did an amazing job on my car! I was having issues with fueling and they quickly found the problem and replaced the parts. Super professional team and both were really friendly. I’m a happy customer and will definitely be back for any future needs!

My wife and I have used Honest One for years now, and they have never let us down. They give you a few different estimates after a thorough examination of your problem, and are very empathetic and understanding of your needs. The staff has always been kind and professional and the waiting area is very nice. If you don't want to wait there for the work to be done, there are several eateries, a Target, and a Home Depot all right there that you can go to.

I came in cuz I had a slowly leaking tire and he brought me in and quickly took care of the tire, showed me what the cause of my leaky tire was and didn't charge me at all. The manager was so warm and friendly and helpful! I would definitely go back there, if I had any issue with my car.. the place is also very clean and comfortable and smells quite nice
