Before I arrived he gave me a courtesy call with a heads up for all of the required docs I would need to get my deal done. Angel was the best he walked me through the entire process step by step overseeing everything from my application process, to the approval process, even down to the insurance process. He is really committed to helping people achieve their goal! The environment was very professional, warm, and sincere. Charlotte was very pleasant and informative. She had a great personality and was very accommodating. John the finance manager was very upfront and honest but commuted and dedicated to helping me get in my new car. This trio is amazing! The staff at Axis is friendly and willing to work with you! We had a great experience here buying our car, and buying a car is not always a pleasant experience.
