Mindy and Kelly really are the best around!! Very smart and thorough in their work. They also make you feel understood and valued as a patient. My 87 year old father and I have been coming here for some time now and wouldn't choose anywhere else!!!
Mindy Ramsby literally saved my life, and whether she realizes it or not, I will forever be indebted to her. She took the time to listen to me, offer suggestions, (including more natural approaches as well versus take a pill to fix it) and never dismissed what I was going through. She spent over an hour with me in the office one visit to get to the root of thing and when she realized I needed further help that was above and beyond what she could offer, she told me so and led me to someone else who could help. Always quick to respond to my concerns, questions, need for a refill etc. The nurse Kelly is also a blast, always upbeat and positive and just a joy to be around. I cant recommend Mindy and Kelly enough after years of being dismissed and run through the "machine" as quickly as possible at Plaza Family Care. Thank you Mindy!
I can’t express how wonderful Mindy Ramsey APN. She takes her time to understand, research and provide the patient with the correct information about their medical condition/questions. Very through and she gets to the underlying cause and does push your concerns under the tables(so to speak). Mindy is very mindful and respectful which makes you feel better about a medical visit. She goes above and beyond and truly cares for her patients. That is very rare these days.
