Hunterdon Urgent Care

Everyone else was very pleasant and nice! So I apologize for this, but the Front desk Receptionist Nicole…. Is the worst. Her attitude, is literally so bad. I have never been more disrespected in an urgent care setting in my life. Everyone has bad days but you can tell she is the type to pick and choose who her attitude is towards. The family being checked in after me did not receive the disrespect my family was given. This is why I will not be coming back. I should have known especially the way she answered the phone prior to the visit. My mom worked in HR in the Healthcare Field for over 50 years, she was even appalled by the treatment my family was given here. We will be filing a formal complaint. Astonished how this Women still has a job.

The doctor and the nurse were very sweet and pleasant to work with, the front desk on the other hand… one of the rudest people I’ve ever had to deal with. would have been a perfect experience if it weren’t for her.

Staff was welcoming, helpful and friendly. I didn’t have to wait at all. The office was large, tidy and comfortable. Dr Lardner was very knowledgeable, patient and thorough, as was the radiologist. It is my go to office when I can’t schedule a visit with my primary care doctor!

I have always had great experiences here. The wait has never been long. All of the staff from front offices to nurses to techs to doctors are incredibly kind. The doctors seem knowledgeable too.
