Losing weight as we all know, is not fun! However, I have found Ideal Protein to be a very manageable program. It has made me be much more aware of what goes in my mouth, and has helped me be in control of those choices. As a result, the weight does come off quickly. For the most part, I really enjoy the food, and have even used the Ideal recipes to feed my family. I must add, however, that I have been very fortunate to have Michelle (Ideal Protein of Chester)as my coach!!! She is knowledgeable, professional and encouraging when I've needed it the most!
