I have been working with Risa for several years. Started as couple counseling then individual. She really helped me get to a good place after a long hard road with a divorce.
She never spoke ill of any situation or any person, always professional. I was always 100 percent honest and that helped Risa be able to help me.
I have continued to work with Risa to assist with life coaching after a 40 year relationship.

She not only is an empathetic listener, but she routinely provides you with tools and strategies that enable you to deal with the situations you present to her. I was reluctant to do couples therapy for the simple fact that I thought my voice would not be heard and my wife would have all the say. Well I was wrong, Risa allowed both me and my wife to speak about what brought us to therapy and she tailored a plan that allowed us to voice our feelings in a safe space and about two years in, we have learned how to communicate better during disagreements and have been given the tools to navigate any issues that might arise without having to see Risa weekly. Our marriage would not be thriving like it is today without Risa's help!!
