Plaza Family Care

Don’t go to this location if you have any plans for the rest of your day. They typically run over an hour late. If you are with a doctor at Plaza always try to see them in Hackettstown. I arrived for my last appointment 10mins early. Guy walks in and says he’s 40mins late for his. He still got seen before me and I was left waiting even longer. If a patient arrives in good time they should have priority over someone who could not be bothered to arrive on time!! The Doctors are good but they need more organization.

While all plaza family care doctors provide excellent care for our children, we have grown very fond of Dr. Kristen Walsh. We truly value her expertise and knowledge. She stays up to date on the latest pediatric research and shares best practices based on fact so we are well informed. She is well networked and uses her peers to make sure her patients receive the highest quality of care. After each visit I come away better equipped to care for and raise my children. Thank You!

I’ve been taking my children to plaza family care in Chester for a couple of years. I love Dr Walsh which is the most important part but their front office staff needs some work on their attitude. I had flu shots scheduled for my children (4 of them) that I had to cancel that morning. When I called back to reschedule I was told I have “a lot” of kids and that I should go to their clinics which our held at their other office one weeknight in the evening or a Saturday morning. This over office is located at least 40 minutes from me. When I said I would like to schedule an appointment for the location closest to me and not during a designated clinic time I got even more huffing and puffing. I want my children to have the best medical Care and I do think Dr Walsh is great like I said but this can really make someone look for another practice!
