Dr. Irina Zhukova is a great Doctor , a good listener , caring , knowledgeable , passionate , understanding! She always helps me out when I asked her medical advice ! Thank you so much and I’m grateful.

I have no issue with the office; they were able to fit me in as I was not feeling well. The appointment was fine, but the Dr. was going to send my results out for a culture as I was not feeling well at all and she said the culture would be back in 3 days, but with the holiday may take a little longer. I continued to not feel well for 7 days with no call back on the culture so I called for my results only to find out the Dr. had never sent my samples out for a culture!!!!!!!!! This is not acceptable and needless to say I had to go elsewhere.

I don’t usually have much time to complete surveys because of my busy schedule, but I felt compelled to do so for Dr. Irina. I was truly touched by her timeliness in returning my late-night call. Despite the hour, she remained warm, caring, and fully attentive. I was in significant pain, and she listened closely to every symptom I described and offered genuine support.

I’m also grateful that she was able to see me the very next day, in the absence of my regular MD, despite her limited availability. Dr. Irina Shukova is a truly compassionate and dedicated physician, and I can recommend her without any reservation. Thank you.
