We started going here years ago and were impressed with the doctors and the ability to get us in on time. It seems over the years that their respect for the patients time has greatly diminished - it is frustrating to watch the minutes ticking away long after your scheduled appointment time as you sit in the waiting room. Also, like other reviews state, their front line staff frequently do not leave me feeling cared for whether dealing with them in person or via phone. The doctors remain high quality, but the management of the practice needs work.
