Our kids absolutely love it here. Sir Santos is very professional and caters to every age group or level making it a fun and exciting learning experience.
Iron Dragon Martial Arts Academy is a great place for learning. The instructor is hands on and very involved with the students and their training. All ages and stages of learning are welcomed. My daughter came in green. Within 2 months my daughter was able to advance through stages of a white belt beginner to a yellow belt. This happened because of the instructors dedication to making sure the students excel. Thank you very much, sir!!
Our son has been attending the Academy for a few years. I like their curriculum and Master Santos is very patient and keeps us updated on his progress. My son says he loves the people and the workouts! They work with kids with Special Needs and offer various seminars, Haidong Gumdo, etc. The test-outs are rigorous and shows how much they have learned! They are organized and a a legit ITF, WTF and Han Moo Kwan Taekwondo school!
Love all my son has learned at this academy. Master George is great with the students and has taught the necessary discipline and skills for all his students to succeed in Martial Arts.
My 7-year-old son started attending Iron Dragon a few months now and he LOVES it! Before attending, my son began to have behavioral issues at home and school. His guidance counselor suggested an extra-curricular activity and my first thought was Martial Arts because its foundation teaches discipline, confidence, a positive mindset, and positive affirmations. Plus, it's good to have your kid learn how to protect themselves.
I noticed the change in my son's behavior and mindset almost immediately! Master Santos is a great instructor and has kids of all ages. He is very stern and expects his students to respect the craft and take it seriously, which is exactly what I was looking for in an instructor. He just advised me yesterday that there is a special: Parent(s) can attend and take classes with their child at a discounted rate. My son currently attends for 1 hour 3 days a week. The prices are the best in the area, also.
Other notables: The dojo is clean, in a super convenient area, plenty of parking, and the other parents are cordial and friendly.
