Since 2016 TurkFit has hosted Fitness is FUNdamental and the students absolutely love it! They learn about healthy living, functional fitness, eating right, and more. Turk is a great trainer! It's not him, it's me... I'm not consistent but I have seen those who are and their results & I must say it's enough to make me become consistent.
