Canceling my membership was very easy and straightforward. The staff was professional and helpful, and the process didn’t take long at all. There were no unnecessary delays or pressure, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a smooth experience and much easier than I expected.
Urge Fitness is amazing! I’ve been a member for almost two years and got to know the staff well. They’re always polite, respectful, and genuinely helpful. Candice made canceling my membership incredibly easy. She handled everything quickly, sent a voice note, an email confirmation and guided me through the process perfectly.
The gym has a great atmosphere, and I really enjoyed my time as a member, and the love and respect I received from the staff.
