I've been treated by many dentists in my more than 45 years of life. And I can honestly say that I've not only received the best care but also the best service I have ever received at Dr. Dennis' office. His staff is kind, friendly and welcoming and his clinical care is the best. I've left dozens of reviews and this is my first positive one and that is for a reason. The work and service at this practice is truly remarkable

When I tell you I searched for a company to remove my sons braces and received the biggest run around and rudest offices, it was horror.
I reached out to this man not knowing his company was also Black Owned Company which I love, they were very friendly, clean, and provided an over and beyond service for my son. We really need more dentist office out in Willingboro like him. Although he didn't take my insurance, he still works with the community to provide excellent and affordable services without charging a arm & leg :).
I would really recommend his office to any one looking for just not only a black owned bossiness , friendly and clean environment, but a Dentist office who really cares.

Dr. Al was amazing! I was in so much pain and not even 100% sure if it was all a dental issue. He helped me with everything and fit me in urgently. Tooth pulled and on my way in no time. Great service. Relaxing environment. My new regular dentist.
My dental experience has been nothing short of amazing. Dr. Dennis is an excellent dentist. He is very direct with what you need and what he can do. I'm so pleased with the end result of my dental work....and believe me this was no easy job. He told me exactly what was going on and what to expect. He is truly one of my favorite people. How many people say that about their dentist?
Alfred Dennis DMD is a well-trained and excellent dentist. My daughters and I have been clients of his practice for over twenty years. His office is spacious, clean with state of the art equipment and his staff is professional, courteous, and caring. I would recommend him and his practice without hesitation.
