A great company from the time we walked in their door to the completion of the job yesterday, attention to detail was important.
The installers were very efficient, skilled and friendly. They removed carpeting and installed new flooring and finished up with a thorough cleaning of the bedroom and closet area.

Ben has been a great help. Buying my new place soon. So, I'll be stopping in again.

Second time I have purchased from this wonderful store and there’s good reason! From the first time I visited, Al was extremely accommodating and very patient. He understood that this was a long-lasting decision. Pricing was very reasonable. As I’d searched other places for carpeting, the industry standard seemed to be 5# padding underneath….not J&L! I have their standard 8# padding making all carpeted areas feel amazing! Love my laminated flooring as well. Scheduling is also VERY important to me, a busy person. I was told start time would be 8am and the installers were here right on time! They did a wonderful and efficient job on installation. Al “bends over backwards” to insure complete happiness on the customer’s part-not something easily found these days! Highly recommend J&L! I will definitely return when I’m ready to replace my kitchen floor.

Had my basement floor ripped out and carpet installed. The whole process was great. Al came out same day for a quote. Price was comparable to all my other quotes. I always would rather go with a small business personally. He ordered the carpet right away. It came in quickly
And all the scheduling was done with such ease. The crew came ontime. Everyone was very respectful and nice. They did a great job. Carpet came out beautiful and they removed all the old flooring and discarded everything. When I went to check they cleaned and vacummed prior to leaving. I am very happy and would definitely recommend.

My flooring was fantastic! From the time Al showed me all the choices, to the measuring of my rooms, it was all a great experience. The new carpet looks and feels great and the new kitchen flooring is amazing. The guys who laid the flooring did an excellent job. Very good service every step of the way, from sales, scheduling, and installation. I definite recommend J&L to others
