I really appreciate the help and work completed by J&M. After dealing with a major plumbing issue and all sorts of problems with outing our house back together, Sam and Daniella made our counter and backsplash selection and install too easy. They offered ideas, worked within our budget laying out all different options and ultimately delivered above our expectations. Thank you again
These people try to help but they overpromise and underdeliver. I was told that my slab would be ready at a certain time 11am-12pm, it wasn't ready hours later, and then was told maybe, it will be ready the next day. So my contractor ended up wasting his time and couldn't do the job at my house. So, this business is unreliable and unprofessional.
Absolutely loved J&M Granite Designs. Not only they did an amazing job on our granite countertop, but an honesty and professionalism of the team lead by incredible Lizette was outstanding. During our kitchen project - Lizette was the only one of the contractors/managers who treated us with respect and kindness and kept her word and timeline as promised. This is so rare nowadays as every single contractor juggling more projects than they can manage and don't keep neither to the timing nor quality of the job. I had J&M install my granite in my bathrooms and kitchen. Aside from their prices and choices beating most places I went to, their professionalism and quality is what sold me. I have recommended them to my parents who are now using them in their home as well. They were extremely helpful in helping me choose things to match as I am horrible at that myself! I would highly recommend them!
