I ordered a pair of pajamas for full price. We took off the tags and then realized there was a large tear in the seem of the pants. I reached out to the company to see how they can help. They gave me a 20% discount. While I appreciate that, I was disappointed that such a big company would not reimburse full or even 50% for a damaged product. I would not purchase any of their items at full price.
Worked with Tanya and she was great. We ordered a dress to get sent to my house because they didn’t have the size in the store. She also helped adjust prices because they displayed cheaper online. Staff were working on the mark downs when I arrived but had not made it to the items in my cart yet. She helped rectify it and was very pleasant to work with.
Ginny was a huge help with gift purchases. She gave suggestions and helped me find the correct sizes. It’s also nice to still have a store that will wrap gifts beautifully as a courtesy .
