My experience at the Denville location was excellent. The salesperson who helped me went above and beyond and is a true superstar. He’s one of the best I’ve ever encountered in any retail store. Thanks to his exceptional service, this will be my go-to spot for work clothes from now on.

When you walk in to the moment you walk out, it is very professional, the customer service is outstanding. Wide selection, many options no forced purchasing. I do not believe they are on commission. Of all the men’s clothing store I have been in,
this is tops not like they’re competitor, which is very high-pressure and rude.

Came to NJ from out of town for an induction to a high school athletic Hall of Fame. 90 minutes before the ceremony, my husband tried to dress, only to find he accidentally brought the wrong suit, one that no longer fit him. We found that a Jos A. Bank was located between our hotel and the venue. We called to ask if we could get a suit within 30-40 minutes. We were told yes!. We dashed to the store and were greeted by Alex, who had answered our phone inquiry. He moved calmly and confidently around the store. Brought a beautiful, comfy jacket and pants into the dressing room. 37 minutes later, my husband left the store dressed for the ceremony. He felt good and ready to enjoy the day. We made it to the venue on time and at peace, in large part to the calm and professional demeanor of Alex. Thank you!!!

We had a terrific experience with Pete Monaco today. I walked in with only a vague idea of what I wanted to wear for my destination wedding, and walked out with a beautiful tailored suit on order and all the details for my best man and groomsmen. We're stoked, can't wait to come in for my fitting.
Pete was awesome, a delight to work with, def a seasoned professional who was not after my wallet. At no time did I feel pressured, and I my fianceé and I had the utmost confidence in Pete's judgement when we had questions.
Pete walked us through the entire process, had me try on a number of different suits for sizes, weight, style, and texture - in the end I opted for a custom tailored suit, so I'll update this post once we return for initial fitting.
