Dr. Kasim is an exceptional orthopedic specialist—knowledgeable, empathetic, and deeply patient.
From the moment I met Dr. Kasim, I felt heard and supported. He took the time to understand my injury in detail, explained every possibility with clarity, and never rushed through the process. His depth of knowledge is matched by his compassion—he doesn’t just treat the condition, he treats the person behind it.
Even without immediate imaging, he offered a thoughtful diagnosis and reassured me that my progress was meaningful. His ability to balance clinical expertise with emotional intelligence is rare and deeply appreciated. I left feeling empowered, informed, and confident in my recovery plan.
If you're looking for an orthopedic doctor who combines precision with kindness, Dr. Kasim is the one. I’m truly grateful for his care. to be continued... Thank you Dr. Kasim!!!
I tried to book an appointment to see Dr. Kasim for my knee. However, I was forced to see the PA Jason since I was a new patient and the office staff tried to get me in quickly. I tried to explain my situation and pain I’m having to Jason but he was dismissive. This person not only had no bedside manner, but made multiple comments regarding my body size and age which I found incredibly insulting. Do yourself a favor and wait to see Kasim or Lane if you don’t choose to go to another practice instead.
I have done 5 different surgeries with Dr. Kasim. First being in 2010 and then 2 last year. He is TRULY an AMAZING Doctor. His nursing staff are great too.
His front office... Whole different story. I've had words with one particular person. She's rude and condescending. She speaks to patients as if they're her kids. She's single handedly ruining his practice.
I had My first surgery with Dr. Kasim 23 years ago on my shoulder. A ruptured Bicep surgery approx 7 years ago and just yesterday surgery on my other shoulder. All I can say is Dr. Kasim is an outstanding physician and I have never once had any issue with him or his staff. They've always been kind, courteous and diligent. Highly recommend!
Dr. Kasim is by far, the most amazing, compassionate, and friendliest doctor there is. Just had my second surgery yesterday, and I'm up walking around and I feel great. The front office can be a tad difficult to work with involving paperwork, but as long as you help them help you, it's amazing. Prior to my surgery there were obviously a lot of nerves. Dr. Kasim came over to initial my knee and took time to talk to me about the procedure, explain everything, and put my mind at ease. I can't recommend Dr. Kasim enough. Once the paperwork is in order and you get passed the front desk, Dr. Kasim is the most amazing Dr, and the nicest person I've ever worked with medicinally.
