Everyone working here is so warm and friendly. I had nothing but great experiences from the moment I walked in for my first consultation. I had a Lasik procedure done and I could not be happier with the results! I have 20/15 vision now and it’s all thanks to their brilliant doctors. It was a wonderful experience getting my Lasik done here. The staff was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. They were able to answer all my questions with a clear explanation and helped me walk into the procedure worry free. The results of the procedure has been life changing ran into no complications. I will be sending anyone I know to get their lasik eye procedure here.
Everything went smooth from the pre-op evaluation, to the day of the LASIK procedure and the post-op visit. Dr. Rosetta was very clear with explaining to me why I was a candidate for LASIK after she completed all of the appropriate testing. She explained every detail of the procedure to me and made sure I had my medications for after the procedure many days in advance. On the day of surgery, the entire staff was very helpful and they were very nurturing. At no point did I feel things were being rushed. Dr. Malley explained the procedure to me just prior to prepping me. She talked me through the entire procedure and was very precise with wanting me to do things correctly, making sure I was comfortable along the way. I followed all after procedure instructions and ended up with perfect vision in both eyes! I highly recommend Kremer Eye Center!!! Definitely will be sending all my family and friends their way!!!
I never thought much about getting Lasik, but the amount of money that I'm saving on contacts and glasses really makes a difference. And I see 20/20 vision!!! The staff is amazing and Dr. Malley went through everything step by step to ensure that I was comfortable before and after the surgery. Twelve minutes of my life has changed it forever and I couldn't be happier.
