When I found out my psychiatrist of over 15 years was retiring i definitely panicked as I’ve heard stories of how it can be difficult to find someone new who will continue to prescribe the same medications. I honestly don’t know how I stumbled upon Dr Orrin Main or this practice but I’m so thankful I did. He’s very laid back but also extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He assured me that he’d be able to continue to prescribe me the meds I’ve been on for basically half of my life. Overall I had a very good experience here and would recommend Orrin Main to anyone who is looking for a new psychiatrist.

One appt in and I can see how genuine Dr. Main is. The appt was structured and he kept me focused to get the information he needed from me in the time alotted. Dr. Main gave me great feedback that I intend to utilize and I can't wait to see how well I progress under his care. He is already a significant upgrade from my previous psychiatrist.

I’ve been seeing Dr Sivatta since 2023 for medication resistant depression. I’m a senior and a retired physician.
I have a lot of respect and appreciation for his care.He’s a good listener with attention to detail. It’s easy to contact him and I always hear back quickly.
He offers multiple newer treatments: TMS, esketamine and evidence based medication management. Although it took awhile, I am feeling very well and have even been able to reduce my medications. I see the doctor every few months via telehealth.
Over time, I’ve gotten to know several of his staff members. Toni, Shelley and Joanna are warm, welcoming and caring. I do not feel stigmatized as I have felt by other MDs and office staff in other offices.

Highly Recommend this place. Dr. Main is very friendly and knowledgeable. He took time to thoroughly examine me. He is a very good listener and personable. I have been going to my Family General Practitioner for 25 years. Who was a life saver and god bless him however I knew deep down I needed different help. I have been afraid to talk to a psychiatrist and change medications and seek help from a doctor because I believed no one can solve my problems or help my situation but Dr. Main helped me see things differently. After speaking with Dr. Main I finally felt listened to and validated. I felt lifted and less burdened. I’m so glad I finally had the courage to get help to live a better more quality life.
