My daughter and I had a nice little hike there and enjoyed the views. Not too difficult for the time we spent there.
So many mosquitoes! (probably due to many puddles and standing water). Wear bug spray if visiting in the summer.
It's very gravelly and I wouldn't recommend this trail at all.
There are signs for the commercial shooting range all along the trail it's very off putting.
A secret gem in the area, this hike was revealing the life-force of nature as it greens into spring in early April. Small, rocky hills to explore, a few water features and trees rubbing together to sound like an animal. :) Great, peaceful walk.
Such a quiet and calm place.
It's a nice big trail...can't wait to come back in the fall when there are less puddles and bugs!
