I was going to Shelton office for years but switched to Quarry office for convenience of travel. I don’t like the fact that their call backs are not very good. Last time I was sick they called back days later and didn’t answer my message through patient portal. Very unacceptable. Today I have called twice and still no answer call back. I only call when I’m sick. Very frustrating. I know doctor offices are busy but when a patient of the office calls, you expect a call back.
I just started going here and so far, everyone there has been exceptional, great waiting area, short wait time, beautiful office and the providers take their time to speak to you and hear you out. There is an in office blood drawing there. It shares a building with other Griffin specialities and other specialists, so you don't have to go far. The area itself is around exceptional places to shop and eat.
I had an absolutely amazing experience today at Griffin Health in Oxford, Connecticut, and I want to give the highest praise to PT Hannah, Susan Tracy who performed my ultrasound, and the wonderful team of nurses. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with such kindness, care, and professionalism.
PT Hannah was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel completely at ease during my visit. Susan Tracy was gentle, thorough, and explained everything throughout the ultrasound, which made the whole experience so much more comforting. The nurses were warm, attentive, and genuinely caring — it felt like I was being cared for by family.
In a world where healthcare can often feel rushed or impersonal, the team at Griffin Health went above and beyond. Thank you all for making my visit so smooth, supportive, and memorable. You truly make a difference!
