This website is one of the best that I've ever seen. It's beautiful to look at, consistent in functionality in every possible way, and easy to navigate back after perusing a product. The checkout process is as easy and efficient as it gets.
I ordered a bathroom vanity from here because it was the best price for the one I was looking for. Only after I ordered it, I noticed some bad reviews for this site where I was considering cancelling, but the vanity shipped out next day where I didn't get the chance. The vanity was delivered within 4 days and looks amazing (great quality) so I'm guessing they were probably working out some issues when this business got up and running? Not sure, but can say my experience was very positive
The company emailed me to tell me that the order would be delayed and offered to give me a refund. That was very sweet but I really wanted the headboard so I waited. It ended up coming a bit earlier than they estimated. I really appreciated the clear communication and offer of refund. When I finally got the headboard it looks perfect in my room. The quality was much better than I expected.
