I was here to collect my newborn daughter's birth certificate. The hospital had already sent the pre-filled form to them, and I wanted to know whether the certificate was ready to be picked up.
I searched the number on the net and seems, their point of contact Rose Saponara is all they have. I called and asked if my doc was ready, but they did not give any answers except, "Come here, fill out the form, and then I will look it for you".
No help on the phone or email! They are still living in the 1970s.
anyway, I visited them today, filled out the form, paid $25/copy for the birth certificate, and asked- "is my document ready?"
they checked and came back with my document.
my question: what if my document was not ready, my visitation would have gone in vain, wouldn't it? why they are not solving the concerns through phone or email?
Overall, the walk-in experience was good, but the expectation was to save time before visiting through phone/email.
