What a fantastic company to work with. They guided me properly with the correct size bus for prom. The driver was excellent & his communication with me as the parent was comforting. They were available at all times with any inquiries I had & they always got back to me in a timely fashion! The coach bus that we used to and from the poconos was perfect! Thank you & I highly recommend!!

Although our flight was early, the driver meet us at baggage claim. He was extremely efficient! He loaded and unloaded all our luggage into the van and promptly delivered us to Lancaster and Harrisburg without a complaint although it was 2 AM!

After being stranded in a foreign country for 5 days and having the incredible stress of trying to get my group of 9 people home we finally made it to Newark. Our group was on different flights and flew into different terminals. The driver, Jacob, was very rude and snippy with me. He yelled at me in front of the others because I didn't call him. He had my number and could easily have called me. He brought this up several times. I have a transcript of our texts where he said to call him and I said I would when we got to the door he told us to go to. That is why I wasn't calling him...we weren't there yet. Then he yelled at me for leaning against the window. He was very unprofessional and I didn't need that attitude after the 5 day ordeal we had been through.

After looking at a few companies I decided to go with Luxe, not only for the price but for the professional treatment.
Booked 2 airport runs [pickup & drop-off] for a trip, and was pleasantly surprised. The day prior received a call to confirm the reservation & there was a slight change due to a additional bag, was told that wasn't an issue at all. Morning of received my text from the driver [totally forgot his name] that he was on site, I came out with the baggage & there was an SUV waiting for us when we had the sedan picked out. The ride & driver was quick, smooth & professional.
On the return trip the same, contact was the day prior the information was provided & set. And we were greeted my our Return driver Winston, who informed us exactly where to find him. He professionally placed our bags into & out of the suv, & walked with us to the door.
We will be a customer of Luxe for whatever trip we need & will definitely refer our friends to you.
