Mark went above and beyond to help me in a scary situation. A severe storm swept through my town one night with 50 mph winds howling. All my lights began strobing on and off, really strange! Next morning I called Mark and he came right over. Turns out a tree fell, pulling all the wires off my house. Mark picks up the phone and gets a real person at JP&L and says get a crew out here RIGHT AWAY! And they did! Anyway, there was damage so Mark came back and repaired and replaced wiring, outlets, eveything and.. Let there be light! I am so grateful!

Mark came out to spec out the job and was professional and courteous. On the day of the install he and his son did a great job and again were friendly and professional. They were also great with our kids and our dog.

Also worth noting that similar to a previous reviewer, I had called another electrician as well who never even got back to me. Mark was responsive and communicated throughout the process. Will definitely use him again for any future electrical work.

The best service! Had my lights burn out due to a brown out. They came promptly and replaced them that same day and I was up and running that same day! Highly recommended if you need an electrician!

I called 3 electricians, Mark Nagel was the only one that answered the phone then promply was able to come and give me an estimate for new lighting in my garage. His price was more than fair, he showed up on time and even text me to let me know when he was on the way. He had it done in no time and did an awesome job, I would definitely recommend him and will be calling him for future work.
