Sharon helped us book a trip to Italy. I can not say enough wonderful things about it. The trip was perfect. Everything was seamless. My husband and I were perfectly provided for. Sharon was super helpful, she answered all of our questions beforehand, and when we got there, we didn't have to worry about a thing. Everything was taken care of. I want to to say how can some one put a review on a business that the review has to do with anger on a refund that has to do with a school not on a trip that they booked from this company direct. .Holly Snook I have a grandson who graduated from Port this year too I know people who children graduated this year you seem to make sure people copy and paste and left reviews it was like you were sitting up watching on your lab top , you would tell people so she wouldn’t delete it . She would not delete anything she wasn’t even on there but did you you find out any information about the trip to see if they were the only ones who took money out of there or to see if there was more into it . I would say no !!!!! Every one has a right to a review but people should not judge a company or right reviews until it happen to them and it’s a honest review this is a business and they had venders that they had to work with for this trip. . Holly you were the only one who acted very childish I not the only one who notice it telling people to write bad reviews and copy and paste and put it google she can’t delete it no one else did this and as soon as some one did you were right there , any one that knows me knows I never say anything but this got out of hand no one ever asked questions but Holly wanted to write reviews I know my kids would be ashamed of me if I had of done that to some one they would say let it go . These people have a family , kids and grandchildren who live around here and people like you that don’t even know or ask questions just judge the company . . My husband and I own a business and we know how easy it is to write a review and we deal with all kinds of people but before you go and write a review you should make sure you know the whole story. The people of Fantasy Tours and Travel are good people they would not want to hurt any one of your children and it takes a lot of time to put the groups together and get the vendors together to make it .
