I cannot say enough positive things about Chris and Shane and Classic Auto in Waterbury! Several weeks ago, I brought in my Chevy Silverado for brakes because I was told by someone else I needed them. When Chris put my truck up on the lift, he explained to me that I did not need brakes at all. I was already prepared to pay for full brakes and rotors, but thanks to Chris, he saved me a bunch of money. Since then, I have been back several times. Once for tires for my truck and another time for my Audi 5, which, traditionally, are never easy to work on. No problem for Classic Auto. They were able to quickly diagnose a fuel pump issue and fix it within a day. I was so worried it was something major, but once again, Chris put me at ease. Simply put... this level of professionalism, expertise and honesty is usually not found in the auto repair industry, but rest assured it is fully in place at Classic Auto. Much thanks to the boys here! I will never hesitate to return back as other issues come up with my vehicles.

I have been using this repair shop for last 6 years and they are always spot on with diagnosis and subsequent repairs. I own 4 vehicles of all different brands and they always get the job done at reasonable prices along with reasonable turn around time. Would definitely recommend and will continue using in the future.

I can’t tell you how amazing classic was when Chris Rollo. He was unbelievably accommodating. We drove up from Fairfield Connecticut, where he did a pre-purchase inspection on a classic 30 year-old jaguar. He also was able to diagnose a brake issue and fix it within just hours along with some suspension work. It takes somebody with true talent to be able to work on these cars.
