Very professional and efficient. My 5yr old son fractured his elbow and we went to see Dr. Caruso. We were told that the Flemington location was not a pediatric Ortho, but Dr. Caruso had experience with children, and he was willing to see my young son. Not only was he knowledgeable but he also set expectations for next steps and treatments during the healing process. Also, the appointments were quick and seamless especially for an impatient, active child so this really helped. Almost no wait time and if the doctor was delayed, they had a notification board which let you know for how long so that you could plan accordingly. Would definitely go back to see the Dr., but hopefully not, if needed...
Physical therapist was excellent. He was patient, informative and provided clear instructions on how to work different muscles and building my core. I have learned a lot of different exercises which I am doing on a daily basis to improve my mobility which is helping me with my muscular issues.
I’m so thankful for Dr. Pollack’s expertise. I had rotator cuff surgery, and thankfully, am no longer in pain every day. The entire staff was supportive and professional throughout my experience.
Three days after my shoulder replacement surgery I knew that the surgery was successful. Imagine my neck as a ratchet - I had five extra clicks of PAIN FREE movement on both sides! My shoulder feels stronger than ever. Dr. Pollack is a phenomenal doctor!
