They need to upgrade their software in the computer so they can properly adjust new trucks systems.
Clean truck, couple shakes here and there but it’s ran jersey to Utah and back so we all good, a little low on power but decent! Will rent again
They greeted me in the parking lot with full knowledge of my case, took a look at the cause and had correction underway in less than 10 minutes. Waiting to get keys back fro Mike, who is great. But Nelson is better. BTW Adrian is doing the repair who has never performed this specific repair in the past. Also they use fear mongering to sell service. And I have been there twice with a check engine light and because it was not in the R.O. they ignored it.
Most reliable truck i have ever drove.
Trucks run really great. Service is as great as well as the price. Only reason for the 4 stars is trucks are dirty inside. I spoke to Kelly the district manager and she said they were working on it.
