Magaly she is a very good worker. She's very patient. She's always willing to help every time I come to this laund and I come a lot, she's the main one that helping everybody she clean when it snowed the weather she out there doing that, she played many parts you don't find too many people, especially in these days, that is very Helpful patient and just overall great customer service. I really appreciate her and I just get a smile. Just seeing her when I come to the laundromat, you know, sometimes you could be going through stuff and you see a person you see they smile and just how patient and kind she is just makes me feel a little bit better about washing my clothes, please keep her promote her because she's the best. This facility is the most modern high tec Laundramat I have ever been in. Heidy welcomed me and helped me purchase a “card” in this cash free machine facility. This may seem like a walk in the park however, I was a bit intimidated and she made me feel welcome and showed me how the card is put on the machines to register your load. There are so many options to clean your clothes! I love it! Everything is immaculately clean, washers have a free quick clean cycle between customers, Aida helped me figure out how to use the dryers it’s a little complicated the first time. Her help made it less stressful especially when broke in the washer and there was white fluffy cotton stuffing everywhere.

I walked into the Hamilton location laundry mat this evening and right away I was impressed. I asked one of the attendants for help with all that I needed to do. I found out her name was Aida she was very welcoming. She assisted me knowing it was my first time. She was very pleasant helpful and made me feel welcomed. I assure her that I would definitely return and share this location with others. Definitely will return to this beautiful clean location. When I went to find Aida she was busy assisting another family.

Aileen was amazing very helpful and grateful we got a 20 dollar bonus and a free bag very cool inside too thank god cause it was very hot out over all great experience consider me a returning customer!

This laundromat is absolutely amazing and the staff are very friendly and they do an outstanding job excellent customer service from every one that I encountered here today I would like to give a special thank you to Aida. She went above and beyond to help me and she took the time to explain how things work since I was unfamiliar and this was me and my husband's first time please please give her a promotion she definitely deserves it.

I will most definitely come back here again because of how professional this place is being run keep up the good work and God bless all of you.
