Exceptional service by the assistant Manager,Daniel today.
This young man was so friendly and always so helpful and outgoing. Very impressed by how hard he works and how helpful he was.
He and his staff member kovi were friendly and supportive.
I've been to this car wash quite a handful of times now and have been treated with respect and not like a stranger but as a friend.
I also love the convenience of this car wash and the amenities it offers. The location is also key for me as well because it's located less than a mile from my home.
I'll be back for the membership
Took my wife’s car for the first time to wash it because is usually i wash it in my house. Because it is so cold I decided to try this place. Price is OK and u have free vacuum and they have some free towels u can use it. I give only 3 stars because of that. But those brushes inside of the car wash they very ruff and hard when touching the car, they don’t clean at all. I found a lot spots that still very dirty and probably scratches. Special after been in a snow and sal this is a waste of money. If u want a good cleaning car, or do it yourself or call a detailing company. Not thinking going back again.
I stopped by this ModWash location last night and ran into a couple of issues during my visit. After my car went through the wash, the back and part of the hood were still dirty, and right around that time the power on the property went out. Someone ahead of me got upset and drove off almost immediately, but I stayed by my car to see what would happen. The power came back on in about a minute, and after that I waved an employee over so I could talk to a manager. The employee introduced himself as Daniel and told me he was the manager on duty. I explained that the wash didn’t fully clean my car and that I wasn’t able to use the vacuums during the outage. He let me know they had already checked into the situation, that the power had been restored quickly, and that the vacuums just needed a little extra time to return to full strength. Throughout the whole conversation, Daniel was calm, professional, and very apologetic. He understood that this was my first time there and that the experience hadn’t gone well, and he genuinely did everything he could to make it right. He offered me a second wash at no charge, gave me an air freshener, and even offered a free wash for a future visit. I declined the future wash, but I appreciated the gesture and told him I’d come back because of how he handled things. Before I left, he asked if I was satisfied and if there was anything he could do better as a new manager. With my own background in retail management, I told him he did an excellent job, the situation was handled quickly, he stayed professional, and he made sure I didn’t leave unhappy. He also asked if I’d be willing to share my experience in a review, so here it is.
The visit started off rough, but the level of customer service made the difference. 10/10 for the way the situation was handled.
I started coming here a few months ago. Everything is always very neat and clean. Employees are always very nice. I went today to clean my car and I realized the mat cleaner was unfortunately broken. Daniel actually went out of his way and hand washed my mats for me. Out of all the years, I have gone to car washes I will say I am extremely impressed with a customer service here. I will say he did a good job on getting all the gunk off my
Mats as well !
