The doctors are great but the lady at the front desk is terribly unprofessional. She emailed me and my husband the wrong times to be at my appointment and when I asked what time it was at she told me to read the email . I explained to her that the email and the phone call I got to confirm the appointment didn’t match up and she just continued to be dismissive and telling be to read the email . She also was extremely rude to me when I asked for letters saying I was there . Refused to look at me or speak with me and would only speak to the doctor . When I tried to explain she didn’t write the correct dates and that my husband also needed them she ignored me and told the doctor she would email me . I was standing right there and let her know I needed them in writing for the VA to approve my travel claim . If you’re looking for good doctors but are ok with terrible customer service then this place might work for you .

Dr. Perez is the best doctor I ever met. Kind, empathic, and takes the time to fully explain things in a way it's understandable. Active therapist who really paints a great picture of how to cope with struggles and you can tell he is genuine.

Thank you to Dr.Heptig & Dr Zambelli. I want to acknowledge the impact the testing has had on me and help me work on certain skill's and behaviors I can improve on. If you're thinking about getting tested I think it is a wonderful tool we can all use to help improve and become a better version of ourselves. I really appreciate the time Dr.Heptig took to listen to my concerns and really made me feel like my experiences are valid and the troubles I had I didn't quite understand until I became older and it has been a lot worse. Despite all that I think it's truly life changing. Thanks a lot truly. Thank you Dr Zambelli for your kindness and making me feel super comfortable during the testing due to my anxiousness around other people and for listening to what I had to say despite how awkward I felt lol.

I highly recommend NCA. Robyn at the front desk has always been very kind and accommodating in terms of scheduling. I was seeing Dr Howard Mangel via telemed and I cannot say enough good things about this man. He is incredibly kind and passionate about what he does. He is super supportive and makes you feel comfortable from day 1. He is someone I would actually look forward to speaking with. Outside of our appointments, he would send over material to read or suggest different apps to help with mediation etc. Overall a great experience and if you suffer from chronic pain and are looking to speak to someone, he is your guy!
