Bear and Birch is an excellent place with a truly authentic Russian banya atmosphere. The parnaya is fantastic, the heat levels are strong, and the facilities are clean and well maintained. The overall experience feels traditional, relaxing, and thoughtfully designed, making it a place I would gladly return to. One small suggestion that could further improve guest comfort and safety: the ceramic floors can become quite slippery when wet, especially near the cold shower area. Even with slippers, traction can be limited, so adding non-slip rubber mats in key high-traffic areas would be a great enhancement. Overall, this is a wonderful banya and a place I would confidently recommend. With a small safety upgrade, it would be close to perfect.

Great atmosphere, and employees, the owner is always there and is always upgrading something over the summer months when they are closed... Place is closed on Tuesdays for top to bottom cleaning. Steam room, 2 saunas, hot tub, cold plunge, locker rooms, towels, all you'll need to bring is your bathing suit and water shoes. This is a great place to bring your better half or a group of friends to relax and wind down after a long week. By far the best banya around. If nothing else get out and try something different... you might just buy the yearly pass.

Do you want to know what the millionaires are doing? They are living the good life and bio hacking. These are the kind of places that bring together all you need to pamper yourself. At the end of the day your soul will thank you for coming here. Clean facilities and the friendliest staff closes the deal. The Steam room followed by cold plunge will freeze your stress away! Amazing atmosphere that promotes healing, wellness, longevity and full body detox. What they have to offer also helps with lowering anxiety, improving skin, circulatory system and kickstarting a new better healthy lifestyle. Everyone there is nice and supportive, great community with awesome fresh food, juices and infused water. Different types of sauna plus a eucalyptus steam room, hot tub, cold water plunge. The humidity is nice especially during the winter/ colder months. Memberships available as well as massage and other treatments. I highly recommend it if you want to make a change towards improving your health. It is definitely worth checking out!
