I love these people! They did an incredible job fixing my car and taking care of me! I'm beyond grateful for them!
Had my vehicle maintenance done with tire rotation and a trailer brake controller installed. The service was done completely and the vehicle was returned clean. No visible signs of work being done. The price I paid for the added work was reasonable and done in a timely manner.
I brought my car in to get it serviced and they did a great job. They called me to let me know I needed new brakes and something else which I okay them to fix. I went to go pick up my car and I paid for it and then I looked out my receipt and the information about my car. The information on the packet said I need new tires and new back brakes and something else. But it said customer declined. But nobody called me again to let me know that I needed this service. I was never told I needed new tires or back brakes so I never declined and I never had a chance to decline if I wanted to. that made me a little frustrated and not happy. And nobody explained it to me when I picked up my car. Like they're supposed to, thought they were supposed to. I just don't know if they wrote this on my paper for my next visit. But I wish someone told me in person or on the phone about this. I've been going to this Ford for my car for quite a few years. They always explain things afterwards but this time they did not And they said I declined something on my paper which I was never brought to the attention of it.
I had bought a certified used 2022 Ford Bronco. I had an issue with my brakes. The service department fixed my problem with no charge. I want to thank the whole dealership. Everyone was very nice to me and my wife. 5 star rating.
When my wife and I decided to finally pull the trigger on a new Bronco, we checked out inventory at several local dealerships, and let me tell you the crew at Nielsen Ford were great.
Our salesman Frederick really went the extra mile with being very laid back and made us feel comfortable through the process,. No pressure.
Everyone from the manager to financing was extremely friendly. Listening to my stories about Early Broncos, I own and checking out pictures of them and telling stories. Thanks, guys, you're the best.
I definitely would recommend you checkout. The crew over at Nielsen Foed.
