I have to be honest, you hear stories about these kind of places places, anything with the city, county or state all sound like horror movies, but the truth is that this Newton location is great, security guards are admiral and welcoming. The staff are very experienced and knowledgeable. I have been here numerous times, they get the problem fixed and resolved immediately. They do not play. Thank you for all you guys do for us.
2 months of waiting and attempting to follow up and still nothing. Honestly I don't understand why this system isn't more straight forward. The actual people I've talked to have been very supportive. The system around it is demoralizing and ineffective.
I have been in many state offices and the service is awful 😖, but I was very pleased with the great service they offer to me and my uncle. Starting with the officer at the front desk to the nice lady behind the counter. Very fast service I don't know why all the offices are not fully open. The pandemic is kind of over
