I had a very good experience with Slicker's Appliance Repair. Mike was prompt, courteous, and seemed very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond my expectations. He left no mess and they had very competitive rates. I will definitely use them again for any appliance repair I may need in the future.

I received an email back within 24 hours giving me an appointment for 3 days later. Mike was knowledgeable, courteous, and upfront about what could be done and the cost. My LG front loader wasn't draining and I called Slicker's after bestbuy couldn't get to me for 2 weeks. Slicker's reviews were great and true. I left my info on the website on Easter Sunday and Mike got back to me within an hour (I sure wasn't expecting that on a Sunday, far less Easter) and gave me an appointment for Tuesday morning. He was quick, thorough and extremely pleasant, which goes a long way with me. He diagnosed the issue and replaced the drain pump within an hour. The part brand new, not aftermarket (thank God he had a new pump on his truck). The price is the repair was very fair and reasonable. Just found my new appliance repair company. Thanks Mike!

Slicker's Appliance Repair recently helped me convert a Samsung oven to Propane at one of my properties in Middletown NY.
