Well priced for repairs. They needed to order parts for my riding mower, so I did have to wait a bit, but they told me that. The bill was very reasonable and the repair was done as promised.

I dropped off a hedge trimmer (purchased at this store) to have a broken handle replaced. I was quoted $60 for the part and was told it was on back order. I rec’d a call yesterday to let me know the work was done. The bill was $197. When I asked why so high, I was told they had to go with a different distributor, and of course, there is the labor charge.

I like to support local businesses. But I also expect that if the bill is going to be significantly higher than originally discussed, or that it might be better to simply buy a new unit, then the store should have the courtesy of letting you know.

I was in the market for a backpack leafblower but didn't know if I needed a residential or commercial level product. Brian took the time to discuss the differences between the residential and commercial lines and helped me identify a unit that gets the job done without breaking the bank. I highly recommend calling or stopping in for all your home and garden needs.

I have an old Cub Cadet lawn mower. It has seasonal issues particularly after winter when its sat around for a while. I really appreciate the time and care and concern that this team put into getting my old machine to work again. I suggested that they replace the carburetor but instead they just cleaned and flushed out the old one - saving me money. Whilst I paid a little more for their time [$190], I think their charges are more than reasonable given both the amount of time they spent working on my ride on and also the cost to keep the old machine running versus buying a new machine. They called me several times to talk about the issues and checked in as to what I wanted them to do. They were always polite and helpful - which is not always the case with other outfits who may overcharge for labor and install new parts without authorization. They charge a $50 pickup and drop off fee for machines and whilst they were a little slow in getting to work on my machine I think it was only because they are busy - another sign they are good at what they do. After using their services two or three times I now trust them.
