    This is for Morristown location.

Anytime that I have went, the staff is nice enough. They’re not too friendly, but they’re not rude either. Nothing to write home about.

Dr. Puntambekar is great but it’s hard to get an appointment and she’s leaving anyway. Then you’re left w two doctors, one of which has just terrible reviews, so bad I wouldn’t want to see him.

This office is not a patient-centered office. It is a dr/employee-centered office with no regard to the patient’s time and no compassion toward the fact that other people have things like work. For ine, their patient phone line is NEVER answered, nor does it have a voicemail (contrary to what they say in the last review someone gave them). The phone rings about eight times and disconnects so you have to keep calling over and over again and no one answers. It is an absolute abuse of people’s time and patience, and it is a despicable quality of this office. I’ve spent my lunches and my breaks trying to get in touch with his office and to keep getting hung up on is beyond frustrating. For two, they don’t explain procedures in detail enough. For instance, when you have an ambulatory EEG, they don’t tell you anything that’s going to happen until you get there to sign out their machine and tablet. They tell you it’s a weekend study however, in our case we went on a Friday and we were told on that Friday that the study wouldn’t be done till Monday morning. So I had to takeoff from work and it was a very busy inconvenient time to do so without notice. I am absolutely disgusted w this office for that. An abuse of people’s time and money. But when that bills comes in, they’ll be the first to send it. Not cool in anyone’s books. Then during the ambulatory, they’re supposed to call two times a day and they don’t. They were also supposed to call and tell me if I should go back in the office to get the leads text and they didn’t. Not only did they not call me back that day but they didn’t even do the afternoon check like they were supposed to. I don’t know if this is part of the office but they work for the company so regardless, it’s a bad luck for everyone all around no one told me much about what was to be done and even as far as calling in and asking how to remove the leads at the end of this procedure, there wasn’t much guidance. The worst is making me take a day off when I was told it would be a weekend process -Mondays are not a weekend day. Then you bring the equipment back and no one asks for feedback but tbh if I worked here, I wouldn’t even want to hear the feedback.

Overall, I’m glad we’re about to be out of here because we are not happy at all except for the professional compassionate service of Dr. Puntambekar. She was really the only reason we stayed so long.
