Top notch Italian restaurant! We moved away from NJ years ago, but when we return to see family, Novelli is always on our list of places we must go! It has been a consistently solid restaurant for over the 25 years we have been patronizing it. Mario is a fantastic server.

I had a fantastic dining experience at Novelli Restaurant. The food was amazing and full of flavor. Although I usually avoid ordering pork at restaurants, the pork chop came highly recommended, and I can confidently say it was the best I’ve ever had. It was impressively thick, yet perfectly cooked on the inside and delightfully crispy on the outside.

The balsamic glaze paired with jalapeños was a standout—adding the perfect blend of sweetness and heat that made the dish truly unforgettable.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was pleasant, with a clean and welcoming environment, including spotless bathrooms. The staff was exceptionally friendly and well-versed in their menu, which added to the overall experience.

I highly recommend Novelli Restaurant for anyone seeking delicious food and excellent service. It’s definitely a place we'll visit again.

We were celebrating my husband's birthday, and our friend recommended Novelli. If you are someone who appreciates quality, you will surely enjoy the environment you will find here. As an appetizer, we ordered a shrimp cocktail, was great! A grilled octopus, and it was delicious with some jalapeño kick to it. Kobe meatballs, you should try👌! Veal novelli, topped with arugula, red onion, tomato, and burrata, I really enjoyed. As a dessert, we had carrot cake, I am not a big sweets person, but whenever I tried, their's was delicious. More than highly recommended.

We recently dined at this establishment and despite the hustle and bustle of a wedding happening simultaneously, the service was impeccable. We felt like vip customers. The staff was attentive and on top of every detail ensuring a seamless dining experience. The cocktails were tasty as well. The food was outstanding – perfect portions and made with fresh ingredientes. We ordered the pork chop that was juicy and paired with bold flavors, and the short rib pasta was absolutely to die for. We’ll definitely be returning!
