If you have to live in a mobile home and a mobile home park, this community is at least quiet and, recently, well-maintained. The Oak Tree new ownership did not receive a good BBB rating, but the much newer on-site manager has been doing a lot to communicate and offer activities to help make it more pleasant. It would be even more pleasant if the myriad rules were relaxed and attention paid to the fact that we do rent the land and should have more say. It's a strange concept to get used to. It's also been strange getting used to the "small town, in your business" atmosphere. I guess it is what it is. But the preponderance of nasty gossipy people has, sadly, made it difficult to become completely comfortable here.
I love this place. Have lived here in Oak Tree since 2007. But I have never liked it more than since the new owners took over. Everything is great. Making it look like new and keeping everything fresh and clean.
I’ve been living here for just about Four years. A year and a half ago New management took over our park. The new manager is named Chris. He goes above and beyond to help everyone in the community you can reach Out to him with questions or concerns about anything. Since the new owners took over, the properties have been cleaned up, the pool has been redone. The recreation centers being remodeled driveways are being paved. It’s just a wonderful place to live. I would recommend this part to anyone. I love it here..
OakTree UMH properties is a safe and friendly 55+ community in Jackson, Nj...Pet friendly people friendly, Club House and Salt Water Pool new paved roads and curbs, activities at the club house for for friends and family, Private Parties at Club House Pool, Clean and Tidy...No BadVibes 🙏

Chris , our manager & Joey , the office manager are amazing! They constantly find ways for us to social and celebrate holidays and events. Just today we had a Waffle get together. Fresh hot waffles, fresh fruit , juice and tea & coffee.
I just want to say how much we appreciate everything they do!!
