Had O’Brien plumbing come out to get an estimate for a busted pipe from my baseboard heater. Showed up when they said they would, unlike another company that flaked out on me. They returned the following week with the ordered parts and completed the installation. However, we lost power and they couldn’t fire up the furnace to refill and bleed the system. Jim came back a few hrs later at no extra charge to get our system up and running. My girls were no longer cold, a true life saver. Thank you.

Then entire process from initial onsite evaluation and estimate for the project, procurement of equipment and supplies, and full removal and installation of new system was seamless and completed in less than two weeks. I contacted O'Brien Plumbing to perform an annual service on my furnace. Jim the technician showed up right on time and he was very professional. During the service Jim explained what he was doing and gave me tips on things to do to keep my furnace running in good order. After the service Jim pointed out things he saw with my water filtration system, hot water heater, water pipes etc. He explained how everything works, and gave me additional tips on how to keep everything running in good order. As a new home owner I really appreciate Jim educating me on these items.
