Awesome place. Highly recommend. Front staff very nice, friendly and helpful. I've been going there for 4 months and I love it. Look forward to going there. My therapist Jordan is the best. She's so caring, so helpful, so understanding, awesome listener, very sweet, all around Great therapist. I highly highly recommend her if you are looking for help.

Ocean insight has been life changing for me. Finding quality mental health services seemed like an impossible task before I found them. My therapist Leanne has been a godsend. She’s super kind and smart. I have never come across someone I felt so comfortable talking to. Our therapy sessions include mental exercises, breathing techniques, short videos and other activities that help me work through what is holding me back. I honestly feel so lucky to have her. She has had an extremely positive impact on my life. The staff is also incredible. Heather and everyone else that works there have always been extremely kind, helpful and patient with me. I could honestly write all day about how awesome Leanne and the Ocean Insight staff is, but I’ll stop there. If you are struggling with something, I highly recommend.

Lily was my therapist before she had to go on family leave and was fantastic. The only reason for 3 stars is because of the medication side of this place. They are terrible. They forget to reschedule you or when they do they Schedule you randomly without your confirmation of the time and then when you miss the appointment it's a $60 charge. They've forgotten to call in my medications before to the point where I've had to call multiple times to make sure they were called into my pharmacy. I get that things are rough right now for most people so I do want to give them grace but they are in the business of mental health. There is only so much grace I can give. I believe their therapists are great though maybe just go elsewhere for medication management

I absolutely LOVE my therapist Leann!!! She is AWESOME! It's like talking to a close friend. We clicked right from the start. She's so smart and knowledgeable about anxiety and depression and really GETS what you're saying. I can talk to her for hours. She always sends me articles to read and videos to watch to educate me more on my mental health issues. She's warm, funny, intelligent, caring, empathetic, and she knows her stuff!! 😃
