Someone recommended this office to me a couple years ago and I love it. The ladies at the desk are always polite and helpful. Traci Hill is an absolute pleasure to see. She listens to my concerns and hears me. My questions are always answered and Traci is caring and kind. Kim is also always helpful and nice. I really do enjoy coming here because it’s hard to find doctors that really listen to you. Thank you BC Medical!!
This was my very first visit and I was greeted by Gabby who was so sweet. Wendi called me back to the room and she as just as nice, but my experience with Dr. Couvin was amazing. He spent about 40 minutes with me and I as very thorough and engaging. I am so happy to have finally found a PCP that I like.
If you want a patient, caring and understanding staff this is the place. No matter how many times I call or how many questions I have, they are answered. I never feel rushed when I am there or on the phone. Kim and Jenna always very accommodating to my needs and manage to get me seen when I really need to be. Thank you ladies!

I know as well as anyone that when you have special needs it's hard to find a General Practitioner especially outside of Pediatrics. I feel really confident recommending them. If you need a GP I highly recommend BC Medical in Silverton at 1747 Hooper Avenue. Our family has worked with two of the APN's Traci Hill and Erin Little. Both of them are wonderful!! I have also chatted with Anthony the Medical Assistant as well and he is very nice. They are very prompt answering any questions you may have and contacting you about lab work. Anthony called me about my lab work in two days, super fast! He explained everything that was tested and what my results meant, what was good, and what could use improvement and how to fix what needs improvement. Consider giving the team at BC Medical a try, you'll be glad you did.
