Called randolph store Saturday for a part to get my hot water heater working. They found the part in chatham store. I picked it up and Mitch also gave me another part just in case 1st one didn't fix my issue. He said just bring it back if I don't need it and it will save me another trip if I do. Thankfully I didn't so I returned it today. Larry helped me and also took bad part from me and processed the warranty. So easy to work with these guys.
