Ocean Vista Hotel

We stayed 3 nights recently and just loved it! There was a music festival in Asbury Park and all of the local hotels and air bnb were gouging prices incredibly. We got a beautiful room for a very fair price. The staff is so nice and very attentive. I felt more at home than I do at home. We will definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here for the weekend and it was so nice! I loved that it was right across from the beach and you can sit on the porch from whatever floor your room is on and enjoy the breeze/scene. We were lucky to get one of the rooms facing the beach and the porch right outside our room. They refresh your room each day and the staff are kind. The hotel is at a great area to walk to many restaurants and other beaches too.we never drove anywhere, everything was within walking distance for breakfast/lunch/dinner and boardwalk😊

We had a wonderful stay. Old hotel with great access to Main Avenue shops (five minute walk), Asbury Park boardwalk (10 minute walk), beach (1 minute walk). Convenience store three blocks away. Rooms have a small fridge. Shower (no tub). Stair access only to rooms. Continental breakfast in lobby but bagel shop and other breakfast options within few minute walk. No TVs (which we loved) but free wifi. Plentiful parking on all but busy holiday and weekend beach days. Free comfortable beach towels and blankets, which is very helpful. Beach shower available as you exit beach. We were four so it was tight for hanging wet stuff, but manageable. Quiet. Mattress upgrades would be my only major suggestion.

My daughters and I just stayed this past weekend here! I am not over exaggerating when I say this was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in! The cleanliness and atmosphere of the whole place was incredible! The staff was so friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs! Highly recommended to anyone! We will definitely be back next summer!

The perfect hotel, friendly staff, accommodating. I was one adult and two small kids trying to get ocean air for allergies. They were so kind. Fit a small mattress on the floor for my son so we could all be together. I love the towels and blankets and toys for the beach and being able to come back and shower and change in their bathrooms after checkout. I loved this hotel. Breakfast was simple and good. Maybe they could incorporate fruit options. Loved and will be back!
