I grabbed my plunger when the toilet started overflowing, and despite doing all that I could a flood VERY quickly started. I am so thankful that Ken showed up as quickly as he did and snaked the toilet and also vacuumed up all of the water from the bathroom and bedroom. I appreciate that we have both Ken And Joe doing the good work that they do and also Sabrina and Jennifer in the office doing the good work that they do.
I must say in the morning my closet pole broke had clothes all over the place and Joe was here first thing to do the repair. No problem at all!
Thank you Joe for repairing my stove. Thanks for coming 5 minutes after I called! That buzzing sound gave me a headache before you fixed it. I should have called when I first noticed the problem. Everything perfect now!
Ken is an exceptional maintenance employee. Fixed my problem with experience and ease. Always polite and efficient. Very happy with Ken and the completion of a job done well. One of the best. And oh, Joe’s The Man!
Been in Oceanpoint for 5 years. It's just beautiful to sit on balcony and watch the ocean. Grounds kept beautiful in and out. Happy to have chosen this place.
