I’ve visited four different Acura dealerships in the last week, and Open Road Acura of East Brunswick has been the most professional and pleasant experience by far. We drove over an hour from North Jersey and arrived around 6:30 PM, and even though it was late, our product specialist, Vanessa Lopez, was incredibly welcoming, patient, and helpful.
She didn’t rush us, didn’t pressure us, and didn’t try to influence our decision. Her customer service was honestly the best we’ve experienced throughout this entire car-shopping process. We were so impressed that if we end up finding the car we want at one of their sister locations, we’re planning to have it sent to the East Brunswick store specifically so Vanessa can get the sale.
Although they didn’t have the exact vehicle I was looking for at the moment, Vanessa and the manager, Donna, took my information and actually followed up with me—which none of the other dealerships bothered to do. They were genuinely interested in helping, not just making a sale.
I truly appreciate their professionalism and customer service. I’m hoping they locate the car for me, and I would definitely recommend Vanessa and the East Brunswick team to anyone looking for a great dealership experience.
This was our second visit to Open Road Acura of East Brunswick, and once again, we had a fantastic experience. We recently leased a 2026 Acura MDX, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free.

Although we didn’t lease from them the first time (Audi had a better deal back then), we still left impressed with their professionalism. This time around, Open Road Acura offered the best deal hands down, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision.
